Outside Patios (includes covered and non covered patios) = $800.00 – Capacity: Up to 250 +

Dance Floor = $200.00
Linens (includes table linens and napkins) = $75.00 per room
Bartender = $65.00 (4 hours) $15.00 for each hour thereafter

Liquor available exclusively from Deer Lake

Any rental requires a $300.00 deposit.

All events must end at midnight.
